Neil Keeney & Ronald Keeney Scholarship

The recipient of this scholarship will be a U.S. citizen working toward a degree granted by the College of Science, Technology, Engineering, & Mathematics, or the College of Education, Health & Human Studies. Selection of the recipient should be prioritized in the following order: African-American biracial, Hispanic-American, Native American, and non-minorities, in that order. Single parents should be given priority, if single parents are present in the eligible pool. Preference should be given to Crawford or Franklin County (MO) candidates, in that order. If there are no qualified candidates from these counties, the award may be made to a qualifying candidate from another rural SEMO county.
