Alice Kay Mouser Memorial Scholarship*

Recipient will be attending Southeast Missouri State University with a GPA of 3.0 and majoring in Elementary Education. Financial Aid will be considered but not required. First preference is given to those Elementary Education majors with an emphasis in Reading.
