Bill Emerson Congressional Endowed Scholarship
Open to full-time undergraduates who reside in the Eighth Congressional District and have completed at least one semester of college with a 2.5 GPA. Based on financial need in excess of Pell Grant assistance. Leadership, service, and co-curricular activities may play a significant role in determining the recipient of this award.
