First preference is for a descendant approved by Dan & Marilyn Glore. The recipient of this scholarship will be a student enrolled at Southeast Missouri State University with a minimum 3.0 GPA. Preference is for a student from Jefferson County. Second preference is for a student from St. Francois or Butler Counties.
