Charles L. and Tinnie I. Stubbs Scholarship*

Open to beginning freshmen who are graduates of Scott County Reorganized School District No. R-IV (Kelly School District). Three letters of recommendation are required: 1) from high school superintendent to ascertain good school citizenship, 2) from church pastor or a resident of the school district to ascertain good moral character, 3) from Scott County sheriff to ascertain that applicant is a law abiding citizen.
