Drs. Pamela M. & Randal A. Otto Scholarship

The recipient of this scholarship will be a student enrolled at Southeast Missouri State University with either a pre-med major with an expressed intent to continue into Medical School or a nursing major. First preference is for a deserving underdog pre-med or nursing student with a Christian affiliation. Second preference is for a deserving pre-med or nursing student from the region served by Southeast Missouri State University.
