Joe Wayne Mosley Restricted Scholarship

The recipient of this scholarship will be a full-time student enrolled at Southeast Missouri State University attending the Cape Girardeau (main) campus, who is community minded from Dunklin or Stoddard Counties in Missouri. First preference is a pre-pharmacy major. Second preference is a chemistry major. Financial need is to be considered, but FAFSA form is not required.
