Billie O'Neal Scholarship*

Open to students who major in Physical Education, have completed 60 credit hours with a minimum overall 2.5 GPA and a 3.0 GPA in their major courses, and have a minimum ACT score of 20. A letter of recommendation from a Southeast Missouri State University faculty member.
