Ed and Norine Koch Scholarship

The recipient of this scholarship shall be a student enrolled at Southeast Missouri State University who meets the following criteria, in order of priority: 1.) Angels’ Arms foster children; 2.) Foster children from the Southeast Missouri State University service area; and 3.) Student enrolled from Southeast Missouri State University service area. The recipient of this scholarship must have a GPA of 2.5.
