Dr. Harold Dugger Endowed Scholarship*

The scholarship will be awarded to a full-time undergraduate students attending Southeast Missouri State University majoring in a program administered by the Department of History, with a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0. Preference will be given to first-generation or non-traditional students. Financial need will also be considered but not required.
