The Debbie Collins Memorial Scholarship

The recipient of this scholarship will be a student enrolled at Southeast Missouri State University who has completed at least 60 hours with a minimum GPA of 3.0. They must be a resident of Wayne, Butler, Ripley, Stoddard or Carter county in Missouri. First preference will be given to a student majoring in corrections or law-enforcement. Second preference will be given to a student majoring in Social Work or Pre-Law.
