Three Rivers Citizens Advisory Board

This scholarship was established by the Three Rivers Citizens Advisory Board which is an arm of the Probation and Parole Board in Poplar Bluff. This arm is made up of volunteers and is a non-profit organization whose objective is to raise money for law enforcement purposes in this area. This scholarship is meant to assist promising students in the criminal justice program so that their education might benefit all persons of Southeast Missouri.
