Mrs. Emma E. Dempster

Mr. Robert Dempster created this scholarship in memory of his mother, Mrs. Emma E. Dempster. Mrs. Dempster provided all who knew her with an admirable example to follow. She was vitally concerned with the health of all the families in her community and worked tirelessly to help any who might be in need of her assistance.
