Jean Weingaertner

Mrs. Weingaertner is a 1949 graduate of Southeast. She taught kindergarten for two years in the Normandy School District. When her husband served in the military, she taught at the army post school. She then taught several years at Webster School. In 1969, she received her certificate to teach remedial reading, after which she taught in private schools until retirement. During her retirement, she spent approximately six years doing genealogy research. Currently she volunteers in the food center of her church and in the church archives.
