The Gynel Snyder Nickell Scholarship for Women in Public Service seeks to identify students who excel academically, demonstrate exceptional leadership otential, have a record of public service experience, and demonstrate financial need. Applicants must demonstrate a commitment to a life of public service, broadly defined, but with emphasis upon the care of children, the elderly, and/or animal welfare.
