Gene and Ann Buckner Edwards

This scholarship was established by Gene and Ann Buckner Edwards of Paducah, Kentucky and Nancy Buckner Venable of Florissant, Missouri, in memory of their parents, William A. and Helen P. Buckner. Dr. Buckner was a chemistry professor at Southeast Missouri State University and Mrs. Buckner taught in the Cape Girardeau Public School System.
