Cape Area Personnel Association

The Cape Area Personnel Association, CAPA, is a professional organization comprised of individuals from businesses in the Cape Girardeau, Jackson, Scott City, Perryville and surrounding communities whose primary responsibilities are Human Resource or Training functions within their organizations. Students of Southeast Missouri State University are eligible for an associate membership.
